NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NAMING OF

COUNTY ROAD 5, PARTIALLY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF HURLEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ulster County Legislature will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 7:20 PM in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York on naming the part of County Road 5, partially located in the Town of Hurley, the “Ulster County Gold Star Family Memorial Highway.”

Written comments may also be submitted to the Clerk up until the time of the hearing via email to: vfab[at]co.ulster.ny[dot]us.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard at the time and place aforesaid to ensure public input is considered prior to a vote on naming the asset, which is currently scheduled to occur on July 16, 2024.
